- The details in your Booking and your Dangerous Cargo Declaration (DGD) should be identical. In case of discrepancies, your booking needs to be amended and reapproved.
- Make sure to properly declare upon gate in/drop off your laden DG container at the terminal.
- Your container should be labeled from all 4 sides with the proper DG labels. DG labels must be sticker labels and not paper-printed labels.
- Please note that ZIM will not be responsible for any rolling issues that may occur due to late submission of Dangerous Cargo Declaration or any mismatch between the booking and DGD.
If you have any further inquiries, our booking team will be happy to support you.
