Yes, and you can submit Shipping Instructions for confirmed bookings directly on myZIM.
The Customer needs to provide their contact details, the company’s name and address, and VAT registration number, or Tax ID in specific countries.
If you are unable to log in, your registration may still be pending confirmation by your ZIM agency. If ZIM requires more information from you to complete your registration, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Under GDPR legislation, ZIM is not the owner of your Customers' Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This means that only an authorized Customer representative can instruct the ZIM team to process a GDPR request.

Yes, the myZIM booking is embedded in myZIM and available with your myZIM login details.
We offer submission of eBookings by Contract as well as Spot price, Premium, and Basic.
The Spot Premium price includes various advantages, such as booking confirmation within 30 minutes 24/7, guaranteed loading, space and equipment, and compensation in case we do not meet our commitment for space, equipment, or load as stated in the terms and conditions.
As part of our loading guarantee commitment, we provide the containers and a guaranteed slot for a period of three (3) days before or after the estimated time of departure (ETD). This is indicated in your booking confirmation, provided that the Customer complies with the conditions stated in the Terms and Conditions.
For bookings which include inland transportation, the guarantee depends on timely loading at the first ocean port.
If we are unable to comply with the booking confirmation details, provided that the non-compliance is not on account of any fault of the Customer, the option to apply for a compensation fee is available according to the terms and conditions.
A penalty will be applied in cases of a booking modification/amendment (for any reason), booking cancellation (in whole or in part) or on account of a ‘no-show’ by the Customer.
A booking amendment is considered a change to transport plan such as (without limitation): a change of destination, vessel and voyage, container type, and/or number of booked containers, after the Spot Premium booking request has been submitted to the Carrier.

Yes, you can submit your Shipping Instructions and view them at any time in the system.
As long as the cargo details and container types are included within the scope of myZIM, you can also submit the Shipping Instructions for bookings made using a method other than myZIM.
Currently it is not possible to submit Shipping Instructions for tank containers via myZIM.
Currently it is not possible to submit Shipping Instructions for out of gauge cargo via myZIM.
Currently it is not possible to submit Shipping Instructions for hazardous cargo via myZIM.
Currently it is not possible to copy data from a previous Shipping Instructions.
Your administrator must grant you access to all transactions for your booking to appear in "My Shipments", which allows you to submit Shipping Instructions.
