To continue our good and reliable level of service under the current market conditions, and in connection with your rate agreement with ZIM, we are updating our Freight of all Kind (FAK) from Turkey to all US ports, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico for all types of cargo (dry, refrigerated and special equipment).
Therefore, with reference to your rate agreement with ZIM, please be advised as for the increases below:

• For all cargo Types - $250 for 20’ / $500 for 40’
• Effective January 1st, 2026, until further notice.

For trades subject to the US Shipping Act, application is subject to inclusion of this update in a service contract or amendment that has been filed with the Federal Maritime Commission (“FMC”).
