尊敬的客户,
Effective immediately, to ensure the safety of crews, assets and cargo, and to comply with Customs regulations, all shipments export from South China and Hong Kong must provide complete and precise cargo description during S/I submission stage. Failure to do so will result in the following:
即日起,为确保船员、资产和货物的安全,并遵守海关法规,所有货物在提交补料阶段必须提供完整且准确的货物描述。如未能提供,将产生以下情形:
•Misdeclaration at B/L creation stage: If customers provide vague cargo description at B/L creation stage but agree to update it to a complete and precise cargo description after ZIM’s reminder, at this stage no misdeclaration fee will apply, only subject to B/L amendment fee and manifest resubmission fee if any.
•提单创建阶段的瞒报漏报误报:如果客户在提单创建阶段提供了模糊的货物描述,但在ZIM提醒后同意将其更新为完整和准确的货物描述,则此阶段不收取错误申报费,仅需支付提单修改费和舱单重新申报费(如有)。
•Misdeclaration was identified by destination Customs or ZIM for first time, ZIM will issue an alert letter to customers. Misdeclaration fee USD400/container will be applicable, subject to Customs fine.
•如果目的港海关或ZIM首次发现瞒报漏报误报,ZIM将向客户发出警示信。此阶段会按集装箱数量向客户收取误报费用USD400/箱,同时客户需承担海关罚金(如有)。
•Misdeclaration was identified by destination Customs or ZIM for more than 3 times, ZIM will review the situation and is entitled to restrict future bookings. Misdeclaration fee USD400/container will be applicable, subject to Customs fine.
•如果目的港海关或ZIM发现多于三次的瞒报漏报误报,ZIM将会审查情况,并有权限制未来的订舱。此阶段会按集装箱数量向客户收取误报费用USD400/箱,同时客户需承担海关罚金(如有)。
